Prefilters and Post-Filters for PFAS Treatment Systems
Consumable cartridges and bags that sit ahead of and after GAC or ion exchange vessels, sourced to the system designer's specification.
- Prefilter cartridges
- Filter bags
- Post-filters
Short answer
PFAS treatment systems use cartridge or bag filters ahead of, and sometimes after, GAC or ion exchange vessels. We supply those filter consumables to the system designer's specification. We don't supply treatment media and make no PFAS-removal claim.

What municipalities run
- Granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels
- Ion exchange resin vessels
- Bag or cartridge prefiltration to keep sediment off the media bed
- Post-filters downstream of the media to catch fines
What we supply
- Prefilter cartridges and filter bags in the micron rating the system specification calls for
- Post-filter cartridges for downstream fines capture
- Filter housings for the prefilter or post-filter stage where specified
We supply the filter consumables only. We don't supply treatment vessels, GAC or ion exchange media, or treatment systems, and we make no claim that any filter we supply removes PFAS. Treatment performance is set by your system designer and the media supplier.
We source to your agency's specification: the manufacturer, part number, micron rating and documentation it names. Certifications available on request.
