Start with the specified product

Provide the manufacturer, exact part number, quantity, and unit of measure. Catalog categories include sediment, carbon, pleated and other filtration consumables; a listing does not confirm sourcing or stock. Send products outside the catalog for review without assuming we can supply them.

Keep alternatives separate

Select exact specified product, alternatives permitted, or unsure. We do not treat a similar dimension or manufacturer cross-reference as a compatibility guarantee. Any proposed alternative requires human review against the specification and the buyer’s acceptance rules.

Send the purchasing requirements

Attach your PDF, spreadsheet, or product photo. Include agency/facility, RFQ reference, submission deadline with time zone, required delivery date, and required documentation where known. Most agency fields are optional.

Confirm the quote scope

Sourcing, availability, lead time, freight, and terms are confirmed for the actual request. Ask for product literature, certificates, or vendor-onboarding documents; we will confirm what is available for the specific item and purchase.

You receive a written quote for your part numbers and quantities.
You send a purchase order or a written confirmation.
We place the order with the supplier.
You receive a shipment confirmation.
