Buying Commercial Water Filters by the Case

Yes — case purchasing is available for commercial replacement filtration products, but case quantity varies by product. You don't need to know your case quantity to get started: send us the manufacturer, part number, quantity needed, and your ship-to ZIP, and if you buy more than one filter, send the full list.

Send us the manufacturer and part numbers you're currently buying, along with the quantities you need. We'll review your requirements and prepare a commercial quote.

What “Case Quantity” Means

Case quantity is simply how many individual cartridges ship together as one packed unit — it's set by the manufacturer, not by us, and it's specific to each product. Among products currently published in the FilterBridge catalog, case quantities vary, including 6- and 12-unit cases. That range isn't a universal standard, and it doesn't apply to every product we can source — the case quantity for a given part number is confirmed with the quote.

Singles or Full Cases?

Neither format is automatically the right call. What makes sense depends on how much you use, how much you can store, the quantity you actually need, your reorder pattern, and how that specific product is packaged. Some buyers standardize on full cases to simplify reordering; others buy singles or partial quantities because that's a closer match to usage or storage space. We don't assume one is cheaper or better for your situation — that's part of what the quote confirms.

Freight and Ship-To ZIP

Bulky, lightweight cartridges may be billed using dimensional weight rather than actual weight, so destination and package dimensions can affect freight cost. That's why your ship-to ZIP is one of the few things worth including up front — it lets us quote freight accurately instead of estimating it.

What to Send for Case Pricing

For each filter, send the manufacturer, part number, quantity needed, and your ship-to ZIP. If you already know the case quantity or how often you reorder, include that too — it isn't required, but it can speed things up. Buying more than one filter? Send your filter list rather than submitting each one separately. If you'd rather confirm what to send first, the quote-readiness checklist covers the basics in under a minute.

Don't have the exact part number for one of your filters? Start at Find a Replacement and we'll work from what you can read — send the rest of your list as-is.
