What we collect

When you submit a replacement request or a quote request we collect what you enter: your name, company, business email, optional phone number, ship-to ZIP code, the part numbers and quantities you are enquiring about, and any notes you add. We collect this because we cannot source or quote a filter without it.

Where a form lets you attach a file — for example a filter list, a purchase report or a photo of a cartridge label — we store that file with your request. Files are checked for type and size, stored privately alongside the request record, and read only by us in order to answer it. We do not publish, share or feed uploaded files into any third-party tool.

What we do with it

We use it to research your request, prepare a quote, and follow up about that quote. If you become a customer we use it to process and fulfil orders and to support reordering.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

To fulfil an order we share what is necessary with the parties who perform that fulfilment — for example the supplier shipping the product and the carrier delivering it. We may use service providers for email, customer-relationship management and hosting, who process this information on our behalf and under contract.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If you click Accept on our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and which pages are used. We send Google only page views and simple events (for example, “quote request submitted”), never names, emails, phone numbers or anything you type into a form. Until you accept, no Google Analytics code is loaded.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Retention

We retain quote and order records, including any file you attached to a request, for as long as needed to support the commercial relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete an uploaded file at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us through the details on the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
